Like the soldier who sacrifices his life so that we can enjoy the freedom we have, Jesus Christ sacrificed His life on the cross for all sinners some 2000 years ago so that we can enjoy a relationship with God.

The gift of salvation is ours simply by praying this:

"Dear God I know I'm a sinner, I know I am not where I want to be, and I want your forgiveness! I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for my sins.
